Man dies of heart attack in Jagtial, relatives allege medical negligence

A 38-year-old man from Karimnagar died of a suspected heart attack in Jagtial on Saturday, triggering tension at a private hospital as his relatives alleged medical negligence. The deceased was identified as Chakravarthy, a resident of Karimnagar. According to his relatives, he had complained of chest pain and was brought to the Critical Care Hospital in Jagtial for treatment. Doctors reportedly conducted an ECG examination, which was found to be normal, following which he was advised to return home, the relatives claimed. However, after travelling a short distance from the hospital, Chakravarthy stopped at a tiffin centre. While having breakfast, he suddenly collapsed after suffering a heart attack. He was rushed to the hospital, but was declared dead before medical assistance could be provided.
